Maintenance app

One simpel assignment: Shorten the time a mechanic needs to fix a broken boiler.

With augmented reality we recognized the boiler, based on gps we could fetch the files from ERP system and, in real-time, we could show the status of the boiler and all the history visually on the tablet. The best things was we connected the app to a national storage-system and we could see if spare parts could be picked-up with an hour drive.

Communication is key

I created the journey of the mechanic and walked with them to see the proces. Designed a could user story and then build the application connected all the different software-sources based in differente locations. The biggest part was to get all the different stakeholders to work together: The factory, the mechanics and the parts-supplier
